What's New in PharmaClik Rx 2.5.2 HF5 Patch 5
Click the dropdowns below to see the Fixes and Enhancements included in PharmaClik Rx 2.5.2 HF5 Patch 5.
Fixes
Choosing the NAS route in Patient Centre is now printing the x in the correct box on the Vaccination Consent Form.
Some users opt to separate compliance prescriptions into separate blister cards. Regardless of whether the prescription is new or a refill, the Report number selected by the user in the Administration Details window will determine which page of the Compliance Blister Packaging report the prescription will be included on.
Enhancements
The default setting when adding a new user in PharmaClik Rx will now be to prompt the user about Medication Review eligibility when opening a Patient Profile. The preference to suppress this prompting can be controlled at the user level from More > Pharmacy > Services > User. The current settings will not change for existing users.
When printing the injection consent form via PharmaClik Rx or via Patient Centre, the form will now accommodate consent for any vaccination. Along with the option to choose COVID-19 or influenza, users can populate the details of any vaccination DIN using this single form. Up to two vaccines can be documented using one form. As per existing functionality, the form will pre-populate with information entered or selected from the Flu or COVID-19 module. In the Pharmacist Use Only section, the vaccine type checkboxes and information for Vaccine #2 must always be manually entered.
Previously, DUR items added to a Patient Profile were only transmitted to Alberta Netcare if the Type selected was OTC. Users now have the option to include the DUR in the batch file when Prescribed is selected from the dropdown; a checkbox titled 'Include in AB upload file' is now available for Prescribed Type DURs.
-
When Include in AB upload file is selected (ON), upon selecting OK in the DUR Instructions window, the DUR is written to the Alberta Netcare .pb1 file and cannot be removed from the file by the user. Historical DURs with a Type of Prescribed can be uploaded to Alberta Netcare by detailing them and selecting this checkbox.
-
When Include in AB upload file is not selected (OFF), the DUR is not included in the Alberta Netcare .pb1 file.
